The International Family Office Association is a not for profit organisation providing objective information and collaboration for the needs and interests of family members and those establishing, managing or servicing the Family Office sector globally.
The Association was been founded to act as a means of addressing key issues affecting the growing Family Office sector, as in the past there was little in the way of centralized resources and services among advisory firms are often incomplete on the topic.
The founding members of IFOA are investment professionals and graduate members of Australian Institute of Company Directors Chartered Financial Analysts, CFA Institute, Sydney; Investment Management Consultants Association, USA; International Family Office Association; Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors; Financial Services Institute of Australasia and CPA Australia Ltd.
Recently IFOA joined with Roxby Media to produce Family Office: Asia Tomorrow. The publication will be a point of reference for those with an interest in the ultra high net worth individuals and the family office sector in Australia and Asia, with a particular focus on Asia/China. It was distributed to 4000 Family Offices worldwide, CEOs to the top 100 companies listed on the 25 top exchanges in the Asia-Pacific and the top 2000 companies in both China and India.
